Please note that this is an older property and we are in the process of improving it. Although the stove works, the oven is not funcional and the closet doors do not close all of the way. You may find paint peeling or other damage around the property. Take advantage of this low price to gain access to one of the best beaches in all of Mexico. The pool can be heated for an additional 700 pesos ($35 USD) per day. This helps keep our rental rates as affordable as possible.
